Breakfast:
SP Complete Dairy-Free shake w/ Whole Food Fiber
1 c frozen raspberries

stevia (1 pkt)
dash cinnamon
8 oz water
7 cleanse capsules



Lunch:
salad w/ vinaigrette
roasted tomato basil soup


Snack:
pumpkin pie shake from SPPP pamphlet
1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 Tbsp ground flax seed, 1 scoop Complete, 1 scoop Fiber, pinch of ginger and nutmeg, 1/2 c water



Dinner:
spaghetti squash
tomato sauce w/ onion, green pepper, mushrooms, herbs



cheat:  a few Ore-Ida fries!


bedtime:
7 Cleanse capsules


Notes:
I had high hopes for the pumpkin pie shake, especially since it’s just nicely turned fall.  But even though I added stevia, lots of cinnamon in addition to the nutmeg and ginger, and eventually even a little vanilla rice milk, it was just…meh.  It still seems like it has potential; maybe I’ll keep trying.
